How accreditation works

  1. Submit your registration

    Complete the online form with your personal, travel and professional details and a passport photograph.

  2. Receive your reference

    You will see a registration reference straight away, and a confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.

  3. Accreditation review

    The accreditation team reviews your registration and contacts you once the process is complete.

Before you start

  • A passport-size photograph with a plain background JPG, JPEG or PNG, up to 2 MB
  • Your passport number Zambian nationals also need their NRC number
  • Your ministry or organisation and position
  • A valid e-mail address and mobile number Include your country code, for example +260
